Yes. Human takeover is included. When the AI needs help, approval, or a real person, your admin or staff can be notified with the conversation context.
Yes, naming your agent is optional. If enabled, the chatbot can introduce itself with the name you choose, for example: “Hello, I’m Amara, your agent for today. How may I help?”
Yes. You can add items manually one by one, or import them using CSV / Excel templates provided by RoseFlow. This helps you set up products, services, rentals or listings faster.
RoseFlow can ask for clarification, use your saved business information, or notify your admin for human takeover when the request needs manual attention.
Subscriptions are purchased through our secure PayPal checkout. Each paid plan provisions a dedicated VPS for your bot after payment. You can add or remove addons from your plan over time.
